Hannah Mayhew Daggett Chapter

Welcome to the Hannah Mayhew Daggett Chapter of the National Society of The Colonial Dames XVII Century.  Our chapter is proudly based in Vancouver, Washington, yet our membership extends well beyond our local area, with women from across Washington State and from communities throughout the United States. 

Who We Are:  We are a society of women united by a shared passion for American history and a deep commitment to preserving it. Our organization is distinctive in requiring members to trace and prove their ancestry to a colonist who arrived in America prior to 1701. With 45 State Societies and one in Canada, the Hannah Mayhew Daggett Chapter includes over 60 dedicated members. We honor the legacy of early American colonists and strive to uphold their enduring values of virtue, courage, and patriotism.
